my stay at liberty was fantastic! the hotel has a perfect location with easy access to restaurants and shopping in districts 1 and 3. the rooms are big and comfortable. The rooftop pool offers amazing views of the river. the staff were super friendly and helpful, always with a smile.

Great location near popular attractions.

I checked in and had to wait a painful 45 minutes just to get into my room. When I finally entered, it reeked of smoke, which they tried to blame on the air conditioning! Plus, the hot water took forever to warm up, resulting in cold showers most mornings. It was incredibly frustrating that despite being ready to relax by the pool before my departure, I received a letter about maintenance shutting the area down.

Our mornings started with a beautiful river view from the room, followed by refreshing swims at the rooftop pool, where the sunset created a magical ambiance.

Had a great time with friends! We enjoyed the rooftop pool and made memories at the water puppet show accompanied by live jazz. Also, the location was perfect for walking to attractions like the Central Post Office. Just a heads up that taxis can be hailed easily if walking isn’t your thing.

However, our check-in experience wasn’t the best. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and not as attentive as we hoped, which was disappointing.

The rooftop pool was an amazing place to chill after a long day. Plus, the seafood buffet was incredible, especially the lobster! Perfect location, just steps from all the sights.

Excellent location, attentive staff.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, providing great local food and coffee recommendations, and even assisting with crossing the busy street. The rooftop bar and pool offered breathtaking views, especially at night, and the cocktails were fantastic. However, the room cleaning staff's walkie-talkies were disruptive in the morning, and there was some noise from neighboring guests that affected the last night of my stay.

The hotel features a charming decor with accessible elevators and wide corridors, ensuring even the most active seniors can navigate easily while enjoying the gorgeous river views from the rooftop pool.

More seating in common areas would be great.
